Hyperrings.wad only makes rings change flashing colors.

Story:
An asteroid was heading for Earth and it crashed and landed on Earth.
Sonic was busy running across the globe, then Tails called him.
Sonic rushed as fast as he can. "Heh, that's a new record!" Sonic said to himself.
"Hey Sonic! Come look at this!" Tails said,
"Look at this ring."
Sonic replied, "What is that anyway? Supposed to be some kind of ring?"
"It is Sonic. It's called a Hyper Ring. It seems though that it spreaded across our world,
"Tails said to Sonic.
As Sonic Touches the Ring, he feels a bit more faster and more powerful than ever.
"Wow! This feels great!
I can't wait to find more of these rings!"
Sonic then continues to run across the globe.
 
Well, it's not stupid. At least you're making an effort to create something original. I find this kind of cool.

Note that the ring shading does not change colors. Only 1 shade of the rings do.
 
That's only when you pause the game or take screenshots.

I used XWE's Patellite Remap to Change up the color yellow, replace with a different color, and perform a Color Remap, causing the Ring to change a different color. By having each ring change ring color and skipping a few rings, I was able to make a ring flash colors.
 
Wouldn't it've been easier to SOC the rings to use the redring sprites (which are actually green) and repeatidly called A_ChangeColorRelative, to cycle through SRB2's 15 colors?
 
Hey, I have an idea for the how all these meteor story's keep happening...


"After the destruction of the black asteroid at the end of SRB2, the meteor split into thousands of pieces, each containing different quantities of power. These pieces of rock slowly floated above the atmosphere, until slowly, very slowly, they all fell, one by one, onto Mobius's surface..."
