Huh? What is the specials reference document talking about!?

The player who triggered the linedef executor will be teleported to the tagged sector. The player's exact X, Y, Z, and angle are determined by a teleport destination thing, type 5003, somewhere in the tagged sector.

If the ML_BLOCKMONSTERS flag is used, it won't flash and make the teleport sound effects. If the ML_BLOCKSOUND flag is used, it won't reset the angle to the angle of the teleport destination thing, and if the ML_PASSUSE (512) flag is used, it will not kill your acceleration/speed upon teleport.

What are the BLOCKSOUND and PASSUSE flags?
 
Those are flags you can put on a linedef. It either goes on the teleport linedef of the linedef executor. I'm more inclined to say the executor but I could be wrong.
 
But how do you put those flags on a Linedef? They're not on the checklist or the Wiki.
