Hug Support for Fang - Making the Weasel hug.sfx

Yeah,you heard it right!
This mods adds hug support for Fang,which for some reason,isn't in the original mod
I came up with this idea while i was playing a SRB2 the Past server that included the Hug Support mod,so yeah,take your free huggin Weasel here (I had to use splitscreen to test it,so the quality isn't the best)
