Fixed HUD overlap in third person

Flag icon should be at the top right, like it usually is in third person. This positioning causes it to overlap the weapon ring display.

The flag icon didn't change from the old, 2.0-style monitor icon until a few days before release, so nobody really cared to find a new position to fit the larger icon in.
