How would one go about making a FoF for a CTF capture area?

This would really help, to be more specific I mean if you had a second floor to a base that had the capture area but didn't want people to be able to capture it from below.

Off the top of my head, I would guess that you should make an intangible, invisible FOF where the capture area is and give it the flag capture sector special.

Yeah, Twisted Terminal uses two intangible, invisible FOFs with the "CTF Blue/Red Team Base" sector specials. You can extract MAPF4.wad from zones.pk3 using SLADE, and then open it in Zone Builder to see how it's done.
