if you're talking about the 2.2 remake, its not out yet, the 2.1 port is a drag and drop mod iirc, the 2.0 port i don't think i've been able to set up so idk

srb2 riders is based off 2.0.
install srb2 2.0 in a folder you want (not your main srb2 folder it should be other folder but should not be progam files)
copy srb2 riders files into the folder you have 2.0
launch the srb2 riders exe file and it should work.
