how to scale down css?

That’s cropping. Please pay attention to what you’re doing when you’re helping someone out.

To downscale CSS, you take your full size image, which should have equal borders, and click the resize button in your image editing program. Make sure you use linear or bilinear resizing and scale it down to 128x128

oh no... it creates a cyan(transparent) outline.... i am using gimp
