How to make Teleporters?

Well, I'm making a stage that has a teleporter I already made the floor.
Can Somebody help me?

Ok now it's even worse. I can't get the doom builder to test the wad.

Wow, that occasionally happens to me too. Not in a very long time, though.

Then you have the file opened twice. Close one instance.

And... It doesn't work. I checked my friends wad who had working teleporters, I did the stuff almost same as him and still, No luck.
