How to make rising lava/water.

I'm working on a level currently as of this post.

And I'm struggling on how getting lava/water to rise up at a certain speed when triggered.

Anybody with know how to?

probably linedef 403, it makes the sectors floor move to make it rise at certain speeds is done by making the linedef longer (faster) or shorter (slower), kind of like as what endlesssonic said but then for the floor
