How to make an IRC client with XChat?

Well, I wanna join the channel and I have no clue of what to do. At least I have XChat. Can someone help me to connect? Glad for the help.

You have to connect to the Esper channel (or something).
The link is like: irc.esper.net/srb2fun
...if you need it.
Basically, connect to Esper and type:

/join #srb2fun

That should heopfully work.

Wouldn't "/server irc.esper.net -j #srb2fun" work just fine?
