Anyway, yyy refers to texture X offset of the Run Script linedef's front side. "Fracunits" are just what we happen to measure texture offsets with (and, well, distances or speeds in SRB2 in general, but that's not important for this instance anyway).
by right-clicking on linedef 415, I found where I should change the value of texture offset.
my problem, was to find the place where I need to change the value of the texture offset. But it's already resolved.
