Hello there, i am new on this forum, and i have a question, for a long time, im trying to create a server on DRRR, First, use a VPN like Radmin VPN or Hamachi. but it didn't work, I tried to create a server using my router, but it didn't work either, and I tried everything, but nothing is successful.

I can't use a discord invite because my friend is having issues with discord, we even tried to use discord invites in SRB2 Kart before and it didn't work, and I'm sure it won't work with DRRR either. There really isn't much information on how to create a server in DRRR, if any at all.

Does anyone know how to actually create a server in Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers? And excuse me for my english in some parts, im not speak english.

DRRR does not require you to port forward in order to host a server.
You should be able to host from the "Host Game" menu and use Discord invites, but since your friend is having trouble with Discord you'll have to go into the server options and switch on the advertise option, which displays your server on the master server.

This would allow anyone to join your server through the server list menu, but you could also just lower the maximum connections option to 2, to allow only you and your friend to join the game.

Hey everyone, I haven't had much activity because I've been busy, but today I had some free time, I used the guide to create the port, and enabled the "adversite" option, configured the server and so on, and although the server did appear in the game's server list, when my friend tried to enter he got the same error as when using VPN.

Also, while the server does appear in-game, it doesn't appear on the Ring Racers "server browser" page, it just looks like this:

Does anyone know the reason for this error?

Did you manage to solve it?

Guys, with the new DRRR 2.4 update, the game now supports external VPNs online, so my friend was finally able to join. Thanks anyway for your help.
