How to change the Sonic Robo Blast 2 in the start

Yeah, I'm really new to this and I just learned to make stages not a month ago. Right now I'm starting to mess with some things. I managed to change the moving sky thing, but the Sonic Robo Blast 2 thing I want to change.

Yeah I want to know how to fix it

The sky scroll speed? Go to the MAINCFG and in the MAINCFG Category, put in TITLESCROLLSPEED = n with n being any number. It should look like this:

MAINCFG CATEGORY
TITLESCROLLSPEED = n

The graphics for the title screen are a variety of lump names all grouped together in srb2.srb and starting with TT; TTWING, TTSONIC, etc. Just replace those as needed. That's the extent of customization that can be done to that screen, though.
