How to change Character Select Screen Picture?

Long story short, I have a character mod that I really like but the picture he uses on the Character Select Screen recycles another character's picture and it BUGS THE SHIT OUT OF ME. Anyone help me out and give me some simple advice on how to swap said picture with a different one?

EDIT: OMG I'm so stupid. Turns out its laughably easy when using SLADE. Nevermind we good now. You can ignore this thread
