How in the name of The Warehog do I get the source sprites from mods, but on Android

It's right what it says on the tin. I have looked far and wide, even committing the war crime of going on the 2nd page of Google to find this out

Am I just screwed?!?!

PK3s are just zip folders with a different file extension. Any app that can open zips should be able to open PK3s. The tricky part then will be converting the sprites into a usable format like PNG, but there might be a solution to that.
