How do you upload characters and maps that you downloaded?

Please help nothing appears to work for me i can run the game but not the addon i am sing Windows XP Home edition!

use sendspace.com to upload files, then paste the link it gives you here.
Edit: Wait, I see. You want to know how to add files to the game. Download the launcher from srb2.org and add the wads using that.
