How do you replace something except not delete what you're not replacing?

Context: I had just downloaded Dano's models, and had previously download J-Jim's models along wth Fnz's models. What's the problem? there is too much stuff in the object section to add them manually, and I wanna add them in bulk. The only problem is that I am scared that if I add both of them at the same time Dano's models will replace Jeck's and Fnz's. Help?
