Well, you don't need Lua for custom objects. You can use SOC, and a tutorial can be found here: https://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Custom_Object_tutorial

However, "how do you program custom moves in Lua" is a really broad question, which can only be answered with "Learn how to code in Lua." There is no simple tutorial for that because it is an entire programming language, but courses are available online.
