How do you make the voices change.

You know, it's really annoying when someone says "Delete this when answered" Or "Ok, I get it. Lock this topic please" Neither is necessary when you can just pretend it dosen't exist.

As for your question, Google is your friend.
 
Why delete it? There's no reason to.
I don't know any programs off-hand, just google something for changing the pitch.
Edit: Draykon, will you PLEASE stop beating me to the punch?!

Sound Recorder... On all windows PC's... Thats what I use...
 
But goldwave makes the sounds better quality. You can do way more things to the sound, like make a voice sound like a robot.

Quoted for truth. This is the sound editor I use, and while I dislike how it refuses to snap to the ends of clips like some other editors might, it still remains the most versatile editor (and free one to boot) that I've used.
