How do you host on Srb2?

I think you know what I mean, anyway. So, I've been trying to host and it says it's on the master server. But no one joins. Anyway, I try port foward and it still dosen't work. I have a westell model and I can't really figure out what to do. I've seen the instructions but still hasn't worked.

It says im suppose to enter 192.168.1.1 in the adress bar, which I've done, but nothing comes up. Here is the link of what I've been trying to do: http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Westell/A90-327W15-06/Sonic_Robo_Blast_2.htm

I know Mystic said something about this but hasn't said anything about Westell. Please, help me.

After setting up your server, head over to ms.srb2.org after Alt+Tabbing out of SRB2 to see if your server is listed on the Master Server. If it isn't there, you might need to fix your server settings in Options > Server Settings. The address needs to be ms.srb2.org:28900 for Cue's Master Server.
