How do you get MIDI Music working on Android?

Out of pure curiosity I went into the sound options and saw the "Music Perference" option, the I tried it out (with digital disabled) and I got an error saying "freepats.cfg" was missing. How do I obtain 'freepats.cfg' in the first place?

Actually I can't seem to find it in my 2.2.8 installation, and it works fine...

MIDI Clearly is implemented into Android, I don't know how we will figure out where this missing cfg is
