how do you edit Sonic Heroes textures?

How do you edit Sonic Heroes PC Demo .txd texture files?

I have SONICHEROEStxd_Unpacker.exe and I know how to use it. Just when I extract the txds, there are only files like pks_talk.dds or others

where do you get the unpacker. Maybe I could figure it out

Google.com dude. Just search for Sonic R Save Editor, the top link will be a website FULL of tools for editing, hexing, etc.
