How do you create your own Master Server for SRB2?

I tried typing in a link for a custom Master Server once, but every time it said there was a problem connecting to the master server. 3 years later, I want to actually create the Master Server to be able to properly use it in SRB2. How do I do that?

The Master Server is just a list of public servers. Unless you have your own web domain to host off of, and people willing to host servers on it, there is no point to running your own.

Actually, I wanted to make a private Master Server to hold all of my dedicated servers (that I plan to make AFTER the Master Server is created) of which anyone can access at any time. But thanks for the help!
