How do you becume an Administrator

First, you ignore AJ's sarcastic comments.
Second, you don't become an administrator. Admins are selected by me, and anyone who asks to be an administrator is automatically out of the selection process. Hence, that means you are not going to be an admin.
I really don't understand why anyone would think that you can be an admin by asking...if you want to be an admin, you simply aren't the kind of person I'm looking for.
