How do i watch my saved movies?

I recorded some speedrun of levels to show my friends, but i don't know how to watch them in-game since i wish to record them using OBS.
(sorry if i am asking something i shouldn't be asking here, i made an account just to ask this)

Gif movies are located in the movies folder.
Record attack movies can be viewed in record attack mode("replay..." option)
