How do I start Game?

I'm very confused. I keep ending up with icons and all kinds of things on my desktop or in a folder. What do I do with them to make them work to turn on game? All I thought was a click a button and play not do mounting and pasting and all kinds of other stuff. Please help!! :? :? :?

Use the self extractor to send it to a file, such as C:/srb2.
Then double click srb2win.exe.

You're not supposed to extract everything to your desktop. You're meant to put it all into a new, empty folder. Then you double-click srb2win.exe.

ok so i put every thing in a folder, now what?
