how do i solve this?

when i try to select sonic and tails or any other team, the game freezes just letting press esc to return to menu

things i tried on my own:

1:wait for it to work

2:uninstall and reinstall

and to clarify.........
Before it worked and allowed me to select and playing

1. What version of the game are you using? Is it 2.2.10?

2. What operating system are you on? Windows? Mac? Linux? Android?

3. Are you using any addons/mods? Including source code mods, like Uncapped?

4. Does this happen with any other character?

2: windows
3:no none, this happens with the game without adding mods , and when they are added
3: only with the teams (sonic and talis )(and those added by mods)
