How do I set up Port 5029 again?

Well, first off, you want to paste 192.168.1.1 into your address bar, and then it'll ask you for a password when you try to go to it; by default, the username and password's going to be "admin", but if it isn't ask the person who may have changed it.

When you get there, you want to find a section in the shown control panel that says something like "Port Forwarding" and enter the information:
Code:
Application| Ports |UDP|TCP| IP Address |Enable
   SRB2 |5029 - 5029| X | |192.168.1.???| X
I put question marks for the IP because it isn't the same for everybody. Normally, this is 100, but if it doesn't work, you may want to check on that.

I hope that helped. If it didn't, don't give up hope, as it took a while for me to get it to work as well. =P

What's strange is the Port Forawrding said that the Application was Srb21 and that I had to check both tags.

Yeah, I'm not sure why they did that. Still, having both of them on shouldn't hurt anything, so you can check them both, I guess.
