How Do I make this in to a level pack?

I have a Level Which I want to Make into a level pack. How do I turn it into a level pack instead of just 1 level? http://www.sendspace.com/file/urlspn

EDIT: This level also needs a bit of fixing up. If you could tell me how to do it (not do it).

3 letters. X.W.E... Just use XWE to import stuff to the wad. Or open the other maps, copy its content, and past into the level pack. Also instead of all of the different map lumps, use a maincfg lump

Just use the "Save Map Into..." feature.
Make sure it uses a diffrent MAP number, though.
