How do i make animated gifs?

I want to know how to make animated gifs, what program do i use?

There's a simple (free) program called GIFAnimator (for Windows). See if you can find it. Not very complex, you must make the images somewhere else and copy them there, but it does the job.

I'd recommend "Microsoft Gif", and to find ether of these, just google it.

Or you could just use a Pivot Stickfigure Animator to make all your gifs like I do. Too bad you can only put stickfigures in them though...
But the upside is that you can make them fight.

Yeah i use Microsoft GIFAnimator too. It's simple but it does the job.

I use the ridiculously simple unfreez. It gets the job done.
