How do I make an end sector only take effect on floor touch?

Been trying for half an hour with no success. ;-;

How do you make it so that an end sector only activates when you touch the floor? I'm honestly really confused here.
I'm making a level for X-SRB2(using X-008 if that helps, and it's for Golf Mode), if I can use something X-SRB2-exclusive.

Apply the Exit Sector effect to an invisible, intangible FOF, and put it just barely above the ground. The player can touch it, but only when they're on the ground.

Erm..how do I do that?
._. I've never played around with the details of FOFs that much.

Give the control sector the Exit Sector effect and make it so the floor is the same as the sector it is tagged to, then set the ceiling say, 10 fracunits above the floor.

I knew how to make an FOF, just didn't know how to make it do stuff. :<

Sorry to double post, but I've run into a new problem.
I want to make it so once all the enemies in the level are defeated, you teleport to a different sector that has the hole in it. I'm struggling with this.
If someone could edit MAPV2 in this to make it teleport properly, that would be greatly appreciated. Then tell me what you've done to make it work?
