how do i make a new srb2.exe mod?

I have seen instructions on how to make characters and levels, but i cant find out how to make a .exe mod. please help.

That is how you compile an srb2 exe mod. If you want to know how to change the code, you have to learn C. Its not really practical to have a complete C tutorial on the wiki. You are going to need to learn it some way, maybe through your school.
