How do I host a public net game in srb2 kart and have people come join?

How do I get people to join my netgame called Kart mania? I am enabling advertise in the master server but nobody shows up. Is there something i'm supposed to do that I don't know about?

You're suppost to port foward in order to have people joining your server. You can check the wiki for more information.
