Type ADDBOT <skin> <color> in the console.
And, before you ask, the console is the green thing that appears when you press ~. Type in the ADDBOT thing above and press enter. Press ~ to close the console.
Bots only work in match, and only in netgames.
Replace <skin> with Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles, and replace <color> with any color srb2 has in the player options menu.
