How do I get a picture onto my Sig??

I don't understand much about signatures and pictures. What do I enter into the signature to get a picture to get into the signature?

BTW, my picture is a click-to-new-site picture

You can't because the admins turned that option off. Also it should be like this.

Oh... well the fact is, that's the code that I copied from the site. so even if it were on, the code wouldn't work anyway, even if edited..
