How do i enable mods on the PSP port?

I know there's a way becaue i found a turorial in spanish(a language i don't speak)teaching how to do it in PPSSPP,the mobile emulator.I wanna play a mod that is only avaliable for 2.0,the PSP port's version,but i don't know how do i do it,can amyone help?

Why are you using an emulator to play an old version when you can just download windows 2.0 version.

Anyways, in old versions you need to use the "addfile" command to load mods

Okay,thanks,and the PC i have would run SRB2's tgf version and run it at 2FPS,then crash,turn off and explode,so i have to play on my phone.
