Well this will be a long explanation
Do you want to create characters?
Install Slade (google it) if you are from android download exagear (look for a tutorial on how to download it) then enter in the container that you Create

now press them slade and you will have to set up after that. Click on "files" and then click on "new"

then in "archive"

Now is where the magic begins
First you will have to create 2 texts, SOC_PLAY y S_SKIN
Here both are indicated:

S_SKIN - SRB2 Wiki

Then you will have to make the sprites:

(there is the name that you have to put to each sprite)
You will need a sprite program (on android: pixel studio on windows: asesprite)
Then going back to Slade you press on "archive" and then "import files" And look for the file soc_play and s_skin
then you add your sprites (same procedure as soc_play and s_skin)
then you press "archive" then You press "save" then you name it then You press 'save'.
Then you use a file explorer, look for the wad you created, add it to the game and bombomblmcabommomholybomb you have your mod
