How do I add my Level WAD to the level selection and give it a name?

I try downloading LumpMod too and it does not work.

Are you asking how to add it into the game or how to change the music and stuff?

Follow the directions in the wiki to add change that stuff. Open the console and type "Addfile >insert filename here<.wad" to add the level to the game.

I know how to add the WAD file to the game, I just need to add a new level to the level selection and all the other levels stay the same and the level I add will be after the 9th level. I need to know how to do that.

First, you'll have to change the level header, if you want it to be the tenth level, and I gave you a link that explains how to change it.

I was trying to use the level header "LumpMod," but when I try to open the file "lumpmod.exe" it doesn't work.

Try using SLumpED. I've yet to encounter a problem with that.

If you use LumpMod, you have to run it in command prompt. If you don't want to deal with that use SlumpED or XWE.

Those links explain the basic things you will need to get around in command prompt. You might need to know more then that to get lumpmod to work, so you may want to read the other pages.

I still think you should use XWE or SlumpED instead. You don't need to know how to use command prompt to use those programs. You don't need to be an administrator on your computer to run SlumpED.
