How do I add mods on Chrome OS using Linux????

If there literally isn't a way to do that its fine.

in the file manager, On the linux section, press 3 dots and click show hidden files and then go through this:

~/.var/app/org.srb2.SRB2/.srb2

And create an addons folder, and put your mods here.
This assumes you installed srb2 using flatpak.
This method can also work with Ring Racers, though replace the folder name with ring racers or something you find.
