How can I make mods on mobile? Any software I can download?

You can only make a few kinds of mods on Android. Characters, maps, and objects are not possible due to the lack of software needed. However, you can still make skincolors and Lua scripts.

Characters are definitely possible, maps are not.
You can run SLADE (and potentionally zone builder, but why) via Winlator.
SLADE would obviously allow you to make pk3's and the stuff necessary for characters, tho sprites are a lot more complex but all i know is that it is possible.
Zone Builder i doubt will work, and even if it did it would likely run pretty bad and making a simple map would be hell.
And im not sure about objects

Everyone I've seen try to run SLADE via Winlator on mobile has had it crash before they can do anything.

Weird, it works fine for me.
This is the 32-bit portable SLADE, and it's the latest version too.
It's kinda wacky but you can just make an input controller for that.

Oh interesting, what version of Winlator is that? And what are your specs? There's someone on the Discord who would probably love to see this.

The version is Winlator 11.0 beta
And my specs i don't really think matter, but if they do it's a Galaxy A15 with 4GB of ram and an average 64-bit processor (winlator doesn't work on 32 bit phones).
