How can i edit the Characters's Information,Powers,Sprites ETC.?

So MANY people done THEIR own characters. Only i FELL i can't do it? Well... And also how i make MD2 usable in-game? Someone can help me with dealing with THIS things? Reply if you know!

Also, to turn on MD2s, you need to be running the game in OpenGL mode, and use gr_md2 1 in the console.
