When you say customize, do you mean make? Or are you wanting to edit sprites from the base game for your mod?

Most spriters use Aseprite, a program specifically designed for pixel art. It's $20 on Steam or free if you compile it. For editing base game sprites, use SLADE.

well, i have slade and pixel art and a thing idk how but i got make sprites alone... well but is good why i finally can make my own mods on srb2 in public
