Hourglass Pack Beta _ Maps based on "A Hat in Time" game - Mafia likes this pack.

This is a map pack that regrouped all of my "Hat in Time" theme maps.

This is for now a Beta, this mean that the map are unfinised on some points (Spriting, lua, decoration, layout change, performance optimisation. ) But they are all playable with no major problem.

You will find 3 map on the main pack , and a 4th one in the individual file ,this 4th one is special and should not be use in servers. (more info at the bottom)

I release it right now because I hate not sharing my work...​

Train Rush finished. And Mafia Town Ending FIXED

- Mafia Town : Fixed a ton of Memecut and missing death plane. The ending part now should no longer send poeple to they death if they bonk with other player.

- Train Rush : Ending session totaly reworked. Added some cut that appear when the first player reach a position ; Like in Ancien Tomb. Minor layout change and item placement.

- Dead Bird Studio : Added item box after the cut at the begining.

There is a semi-permanent camera issue that's caused by Mafia Town.
Players cameras can be stuck locked, and extremely zoomed out. See attached picture for an example.

This is caused by the camera alterations made at the end of Mafia Town when you're shot into the air, for a cinematic effect.
They do not reset unless you land on the ground, so if the map ends before you can land, it'll get stuck like that.
The cause of this bug is shown in the attached video. The top players camera would get permanently stuck the way it was left here.


To fix this, first restart the client (Else you can't undo the camera rotation, that I could find).
After restarting, get into the game (Single or multiplayer, so long as you can open the console), and enter;
cam_dist 160
cam_height 50

Mafia Town Update.

- Mafia Town :
Changed the rail speed to the defaul one, it's now slower but the rail should no longer cause desync when poeple join mid game.
Added 2 new cuts at the Harbour session.
Changed the layout of the beach session. To make the track a tiny longer and to skip that stair that make poeple lag spike.

- Train Rush :
Added a ramp cut after the ballon hell session (the ramp go up once someone reach the lava session) .
Added a sneaker cut near the end.

Chapter 3 unlock : Subcon Forest

- New battle map : Snatcher's lair . A small arena where snatcher is throwing sink but he can't aim. He can create shadow of players that will follow them, they only bonk and don't do damage. And sometime he make the arena dark. And epic music.

- Mafia town Race is now an hell map in the main pack. Because it has way to many issue and is bad overhold.

- 2 new Mafia Town battle map , to compensate the lost of the main map. Those map aren't great imo, but at least you...

RACE :
- Mafia Town : nothing
- Train Rush : Visual change ; changed the way the first door open to not punish the poeple who go for the RED BUTTON ; Final Checkpoint fixed ; other minor thing here and there
- Dead Bird Studio : MAP ID changed from MU to PT to fix map ID conflict with Dig pack. Visual change

BATTLE :
- Mafia Town Weast : Added an elevator ; reduced the number of mafia brut.
- Mafia Town Port : Removed a session of the map to make it less bigger...
