Every time I host there are no problems. Then some one joins and the game freezes, An error message pops up. it says:

R_TEXTURENUNFORNAME: #0000FFJ NOT FOUND

How do I fix this?

Also every time I try to download from a link on this site it will lead to an invalid downlad link?

Try rebooting your computer. The R_TEXTURENUNFORNAME: #0000FFJ not found is a colormap that makes the water look like water. It always gives that message when starting a level with that type of water. Do not worry about it. It has something to do with your computer or internet connection not SRB2 or the MB.

Restarting did nothing

Why can't I download from links given? It will say invalid link...
