I'm going to settle this once and for all. SRB2's engine simply does not allow Horizontally Moving FOFs to exist. You may notice that each FOF relies on a sector, well thusly, in order to move the FOF, we would have to move that sector, and to do that we would have to dynamically alter the map, something that would lag like hell. And trust me, hell lags. Nega has posted a WAD containing what he says is a horzontally moving FOF, it isn't. It's just an illusion.
