Hmm [Saving help]

(First of all, yes, I'm a newbie, but I'm not an idiot =P)

I had a save with all stuff in Final Demo 1.1, but it doesn't work in the new one, which I downloaded a while ago (because I had to delete 1.1), so now I have to do everything all over again, which I don't feel like doing =(

That is quite unfortunate, but my understanding is there were changes made to the save file format to further prevent cheating, meaning all saves from Final Demo 1.0 won't work in FD1.08. It might be possible FD1.08 saves won't work with FD1.1, but AJ or A441 will have to fill us in.

There's no way to make'em work either, as far as I know. You just gotta tough through it. If it's any consolation, the special stages have been eased up abit -- I was able to go through all seven without losing a single one (and previously, it took me _forever_ to beat SS7, and even then, I had to resort to cheating).

It wasn't changed because of cheating, it was changed for added functionality.
