I think Jman's Kakashi Hatake WAD used it.

A lot of JMan's wads use it, like Luigi, and all the JKarts.
RGX's NG-Sonic.wad used it. As did that SASonic one that some guy made.
DW's SA2-styled Rouge.wad will be hires, if he ever finishes it.

And SADX Sonic. I never liked that WAD, because of it's walking animation, and of it's even worse running animation which was nothing like how SADX Sonic ran.
