if they dont recommend windows 10 for future versions what makes you think that even older versions of windows would even work?
They did not forget, those versions of Windows are so old they can't reasonably support them anymore. You need a more modern PC to play Ring Racers properly. This is not a moderation notice or anything, but seriously, I think you should stop making threads about trying to get a 2024 game to run on your PC using an operating system from 2009.

While the game will still work on these versions of windows, is just the toolchains the developers uses which are not compatible with these versions of windows specifically but the produced executable will still work* unless you're on a 32-bit system which it will simply not work on next releases as will be 64-bit only.
Plus. technical support for these systems aren't guaranteed despite that the could work fine.
I recommend either using Windows 10 ESU, WIndows 10 LTSC Enterprise or a Linux-based system instead of going to WIndows 11.
