I don't make has install new figures nor to add anything in game. Help me please. I'm french i can't speak english

First you need to download the addon into SRB2's folder, then press ~ near the 1 on your keyboard, then type in the following:

ADDFILE <filename>

help with launcher the computer says " Execution error 53"and I can't use console when i enter "~" in the game

You need to put the launcher in the same folder as SRB2.

As for the console, you need to set it up like you would any other key. I'm not sure how a french keyboard is set up, so just press every key until a little green box appears. That little green box is the console.
