Yeah those are already on the message board. If you do a search you can find mods that contain both abilities already made.
Also just a nice tip here for future reference, it's against our rules to request entire mods or features be made for you. That said, Lua is just a text file and I'm sure you can write those on Android just fine if you want to try your hand at that.
